- HOW ARMTED USES COOKIES

These technologies are required for ARMTED to operate properly or to provide functionality that you request.

- authenticate users and maintain login sessions;
- maintain account and security functionality;
- protect ARMTED against fraud, abuse and security threats;
- route network traffic and maintain technical infrastructure;
- remember privacy and cookie choices;
- provide functionality expressly requested by you; and
- maintain the stability and integrity of ARMTED.
Where applicable law permits, these technologies are used without requesting your consent because they are necessary to provide the service or functionality requested by you.
You cannot disable strictly necessary technologies through ARMTED’s cookie preference controls where doing so would prevent the relevant functionality from operating.

With your consent, ARMTED may use analytics technologies to understand how users interact with the platform.
These technologies may help us:

- understand which pages and features are used;
- understand navigation and interactions;
- identify technical or usability problems;
- measure performance;
- generate usage statistics; and
- improve ARMTED and its features.
Information collected through analytics technologies may include information about your browser or device, pages or screens visited, interactions with features, approximate timestamps, referral information, technical identifiers and similar usage information.
Analytics technologies requiring consent will not be activated until the required consent has been obtained.
- PERSONALIZATION
Consent purpose: PERSONALIZATION
With your consent, ARMTED may use cookies and similar technologies to personalise your experience.
This may include using information about your activity, interactions and preferences to:
- personalise content presented to you;
- provide recommendations;
- determine which posts, listings, events or other content may be more relevant to you;
- remember non-essential preferences;
- adapt certain parts of the ARMTED experience; and
- improve the relevance of features and content.
Personalization consent is separate from consent for advertising and marketing tracking.
You may therefore allow personalization while refusing marketing tracking, or vice versa.
- MARKETING AND ADVERTISING TRACKING
Consent purpose: MARKETING_TRACKING
With your consent, ARMTED may use cookies and similar technologies for advertising and marketing purposes.
These technologies may be used to:
- select advertisements that may be relevant to you;
- personalise advertising;
- measure whether advertisements were displayed or interacted with;
- measure advertising effectiveness;
- limit repetitive advertising;
- attribute interactions or conversions to advertising campaigns;
- understand the performance of marketing campaigns; and
- create or use information about interests or interactions for advertising purposes.
Where third-party advertising or measurement providers are used, those providers may receive or access information in accordance with their respective roles and applicable data protection law.
ARMTED will not activate marketing tracking technologies requiring consent before that consent has been obtained.
- MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS ARE SEPARATE
Cookie and tracking preferences are separate from your choices concerning direct marketing communications.
If available, ARMTED may separately ask whether you wish to receive marketing communications through:
- email;
- SMS; or
- push notifications.
Your decision regarding cookies does not by itself constitute consent to receive these communications.
Likewise, consenting to marketing email, SMS or push notifications does not by itself constitute consent to marketing tracking.
These preferences are managed separately within ARMTED.
- YOUR COOKIE CHOICES
Where consent is required, ARMTED provides controls that allow you to decide whether optional technologies may be used.

Allows all optional categories presented to you.
Reject Optional
Rejects technologies requiring your consent while allowing strictly necessary technologies to continue operating.
Manage Preferences
Allows you to make separate choices for available categories.
Optional categories will not be enabled by default where affirmative consent is required.
- CHANGING OR WITHDRAWING YOUR CONSENT
You may change or withdraw your consent at any time.
You can do this through Cookie Settings or Privacy & Preferences available through ARMTED.
Withdrawing your consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of your consent before it was withdrawn.
Following withdrawal, ARMTED will stop using the relevant optional technologies for purposes based on that consent, subject to reasonable technical time required to apply your updated preferences.
Withdrawing optional consent will not prevent you from accessing ARMTED functionality that does not require those technologies.
- REMEMBERING YOUR PRIVACY CHOICES
ARMTED may store information necessary to remember and demonstrate your privacy choices.

The specific cookies and similar technologies used by ARMTED may change as the platform and its service providers evolve.

ARMTED may update this list as technologies and service providers change.

We therefore recommend using ARMTED’s Cookie Settings when you want to manage optional ARMTED technologies while retaining essential functionality.
- DO NOT TRACK AND SIMILAR SIGNALS
Browsers and devices may provide privacy signals or mechanisms intended to communicate a user’s tracking preferences.
ARMTED may recognise or respond to such signals where required by applicable law or where ARMTED has implemented support for a particular recognised mechanism.
The availability and legal effect of these mechanisms may vary by jurisdiction.

ARMTED operates across multiple markets.
